Accepting Responsibility (A scary but necessary statement if you are going to be successful in dog training.
Part of being a great dog trainer is accepting responsibility and being accountable for your dogs actions and performances. I fully am accountable for Nike's performances. The good and the bad. When things go wrong, many people asked me "What do I think happened?" lol.... And my response is "I did not prepare the dog correctly for this competition". And many people said back to me "what does that mean". If you don't understand "I did not prepare my dog correctly" then you must reevaluate your training. The key word is "I".
